Business plans and project proposals
We help you set out the opportunity, the business model and the figures in a form that banks, partners and authorities can assess: a business overview, a project proposal or a presentation.
Journey Giants helps entrepreneurs, SMEs and established companies prepare project proposals, get ready for funding discussions and bring the right partners together.
Agriculture at the heart. Practical support at every scale.

From a livestock enterprise to a broader agricultural development, we bring first-hand knowledge of sourcing, trade and logistics to the project.
You may be developing an idea, expanding an existing business or bringing a transaction together. Engage us for one part of the work or for all of it.
We help you set out the opportunity, the business model and the figures in a form that banks, partners and authorities can assess: a business overview, a project proposal or a presentation.
We organise the project information a funder will ask for and prepare you for the discussion. Arranging finance and advising on fund-raising are regulated activities, carried out by the banks and licensed advisers we work with.
With licensed partnersWe introduce project owners to suitable commercial partners, suppliers, buyers and specialist service providers, with the purpose and scope agreed in advance.
We prepare the applications a project needs, such as registrations, sector licences and import or veterinary permits, and follow them up with the authorities, who make the decision.
We check the parties to a project before work proceeds, and we put the terms in writing first: confidentiality and non-circumvention (NCNDA), fee protection and know-your-client documents.
We keep the agreed work, the information and the parties connected as a project or transaction progresses. Sourcing and logistics support can be included where relevant.
We organise livestock supply from Southern Africa to Mauritius ourselves, so we know farms, veterinary protocols, permits and freight at first hand.
Our project work includes preparing business proposals for livestock-import projects and contributing to collaborative project planning.
The market, the costs, the rules and the people involved. Where it matters, we visit the site.
Partners, finance contacts and specialists who fit the project, introduced for a stated purpose.
What we will do and what a licensed partner will do are set out in writing, and you deal with a director.
Agricultural projects come first. We also consider projects in the sectors below where there is a clear role for Journey Giants.

Solar and related energy projects preparing for funding or partnership discussions.
Projects to develop or upgrade infrastructure that need preparation and coordination.
Proposals assessed individually, starting with the licence, the site and the parties.
Precious metals: by qualified introduction only. We do not advertise gold or other precious metals and we do not respond to unsolicited offers. Any engagement starts with full know-your-client checks, and we make no advance payments of any kind.
The scope of our work, and our fee for it, are agreed in writing before we begin.
